2012 Mixed Roots Film & Literary Fest this weekend!

This weekend I will be appearing with my people at the 2012 Mixed Roots Film & Literary Fest in L.A.! Look for me on Sunday 12:30 – 1:30 PM. The readings will be held in the Tateuchi Democracy Forum at the Japanese American National Museum (JANM), 369 East 1st Street, in downtown Los Angeles

Be there, or be mono-ethnic!

    • Thanks for your interest, Tom! Sadly, I’m not the boss of Mixed Roots. I know Heidi and Fanshen are doing all sorts of workshops around the country this year that you can find out about by following them on social media. I teach a memoir for writers of color class in Berkeley the summer (voicesatvona.org), as well as creative nonfiction courses online through Standford (https://continuingstudies.stanford.edu/).
